Our pregnancy classes are a combination of yoga, breath work and relaxation to nurture the mum-to-be during pregnancy. well-being of mum is at the heart of our classes and the practise is very gentle to help alleviate some of the common discomforts experienced by women when they are expecting.

Evie has trained with sally parkes and has achieved her 85hours accreditation for pregnancy yoga.

OUR POSTNATAL CLASSES are designed for women who have be signed off by the doctor at 6 weeks postpartum (10-12 weeks PP if had a C-section) The class combines gentle stretching and exercises to aid your recovery after your pregnancy and birth. Babies are welcome to come along too.
